UMIAT FLIGHTS

(All return flights back to Umiat)

POLI-Oliktok – You have a load of dynamite to be taken to the DEW Line site, don’t be so squeamish it is a pretty stable item unless of course you let it freeze. There also are several bags of mail. No word on what they have for your return load but plan on mail the usual repair items they send back.

AK71-Lonely – Looks like several small generators, food provisions and mail. They have two men to come out for medical reasons, they will catch the Otter to Bettles and the DC-3 to Fairbanks.

0AK2-Cape Simpson – Try to get as much of that shipment of building supplies as you can on this trip, the plywood is the most important. On the return they have two men for you to drop off at 3AK9-Kogru River and mail for Umiat. Plan on bringing anything that Kogru has for Umiat that will fit.

AK15-Alpine – That shipment of oilrig parts over there is for Alpine. They have two small generators for you to bring out for repair.

UBW-Ugnu-Kuparuk – That load of mail and packages is all for Ugnu-Kuparuk. This time bring back the outgoing mail. They goofed on your last trip and sent back some of what you had just taken. There will be some company mail that requires special handling.

PAQT-Nuiqsut – You have a load of food provisions for the native village plus mail and packages. Two natives need to brought out for medical reasons.

3AK9-Kogru River – Supplies for the DEW Line station, there is also a small shipment for a couple of Navy personnel from the Naval Arctic Research Lab. at Point Barrow. Think the backhaul is mail and packages.

22AK-Helmericks – Food supplies for the natives plus mail and packages. Native artifacts for the Lodge at Bettles.
