PAKT Ketchikan  - KSEA Seattle

Off at 1500, climbing to 7500' on a heading of 114 deg.

Advance notice: I am not going to list all the navaids once we get back to CONUS I think you all AH!  The weather is not so good, thunderstorms all around us. Haven't noticed any rain yet.   Love flying in mountains in the snow and rain (FS only though), of course you know you are over Canada.

VOR Sandspit 114.1,  heading toward Port Hardy VOR 112.0, then COMOX  VOR 115.9 and shortly after that Paine  VOR 110.6  then Seattle VOR 116.8.  We will be landing on RWY 16R  ILS 111.7  heading 158 deg  Elev 429  NDB  281.

This scenery with the snow covered mountains in a snow storm is spectacular.  Hope you    are experimenting with the weather, it adds so much and gives your flying skills a challenge.

Just passed Port Hardy, we are on the west side of the mountain now - weather has cleared.  Doesn't look as if it snowed on this side of the mountain in quite awhile.  In a few moments we will pass COMOX on the right side.  We are over what is referred to as the Inland Passage.  Some cruise ships travel up the Inland Passage with several stops along the way.

Raining, must be getting close to Vancouver and Seattle.  Passing Comox , Vancouver VOR active, 75 miles to go.

We are lining uo for Seattle ILS RWY 16R  elevation at Seatac is 429'

Descending to 2500',  Mt Ranier is off to the front.   Raining harder.  ILS active.  Turning final,  runway in sight.

"We're back in the lower 48".
