Evans, PASX - PASW, 70.85, 947.4, Dhc-3 otter pzl, real weather, updated first TMC leg#3  this was suppose to be a short flight according to the briefing, but Alaska decided diffrently, just got to the mountians and the snow storm hit, was not going to snake through valleys with vis less than quarter mile, so plot a course around the hills and follow the river, cieling now down to 1000ft and FOG + snow drop flaps and slow fly down to 400Ft agl before i see the river and trees, finaly a approch light ,a red dot, moves below the right wing tip, a hard right and i see the becon. After three attempts finally find and land on the RW.
