British West Indian Airways ‘55
British West Indian Airways was established on 27 November 1939 and closed down in December 2006, being replaced by Caribbean Airlines.

Flight Simulator Files
There are no DC-3s available for BWIA. There are two versions of the Vickers Viking for FS9. Rick Piper’s base files are available at www.simviation.com in vikingfs9.zip. There are two BWIA texture sets for BWIA available at www.flightsim.com in viking_bwia_1v1.zip. In addition there are two Viking models from Jens Kristensen at flightsim in viking_10.zip and viking_10x.zip for FS9 and FSX respectively. Both these packages contain a BWIA texture set.
