Nordair ’59 & ‘64

Nordair was a regional airline operating in Quebec and the Northwest Territories from 1947 to 1987. It served both charter and scheduled routes in the East of Canada. The routes which we cover here are the local services in Quebec from ’59 and the long range services to the Northwest Territories and Resolute Bay.

The times for these flights are taken from the timetables for ’59 and ‘64 available at the excellent www.timetableimages.com.

The routes to Resolute and points North were provided using Douglas DC-4 aircraft and DC-3 aircraft provided the southern route to Chibougamau.
