Our Objective

To provide a fun event for flight simulation pilots to compete with others from every corner of the globe, and to test the flight and navigation skills of pilots during 10 flights from Palermo in Sicily to Vienna in Austria.

The Great European Air Rally 2021

This year we are joined by WestWind Airlines again in presenting the GEAR21. This allows us to present fights for FS9, FSX, P3D and X-Plane.

Flights and airfield information will be available from November 11th.

We begin at Palermo in Sicily and then head North through Italy and along the Alps from France to Austria via Switzerland, Germany and Slovenia. The longest leg is 214nm . The daily flights are supplied with weather based on forecasts for mid October.

No one under 13 years of age may participate without a parent or guardians approval.  Have them email me at gaar15director(at)gmail.com for special instructions on signing up. Replace the (at) with @
